Overview

•The dry type plug-in termination is consisted of epoxy resin bushing and silicone rubber stress cone two main separately parts; insulation stop-end, test cable bushing and transition tools are also provided with main parts. They are suitable for SF6-gas-insulated switchgear and transformer.
• The inside cone socket can be installed and tested at the equipment manufacturer to ensure the quality of installation and simplify field installation.
• The inside cone socket can also be installed on site as required.
• Inside cone socket interface size conforms to IEC60859, suitable for various GIS combination appliances and transformers.

Advantages

 Pluggable, easy to separate cable wire from GIS equipment or transformer, all of equipment can independently carry out tests, trace cable faults, etc.
 Installation procedure is simple and fast. A working group of 2-3 people can complete the installation of 3 phases in one working day (8 hours).
 Bushing is installed in GIS cable cabinet or transformer inlet and outlet end, only plug-in termination need to be removed when changing cable, avoid gas filling and evacuating.
 All electrical connections of the inside cone termination system, insulation components are placed in the metal shell, and have a reliable seal to get full shielding, insulation and maintenance-free.
 The termination is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, almost free from environmental conditions, pollution grade and altitude, because the terminal is not in contact with the atmospheric environment.
