This dry type termination for XLPE cables is completely free from any liquid or gaseous filling medium, which totally made by silicone rubber, integrated the stress cone, rain skirt and inner/outer insulation, a new solution instead of traditional ceramic sleeve and compound filling.
Apart from the environmental aspect, the dry design provides further advantages like easier
installation and no demands for filling equipment, which contributes to significant savings for installation of terminations.

  No frame needed to fix the termination. Use cable clamp to fix the cable under the termination, while lug hung to down lead plate with bolt at top; vertical and incline fixation are also feasible.
  Excellent liquid silicone rubber with the performances of hydrophobic, anti-leakage, anti-electric corrosion and anti contamination.
  Adopt pollution-proof type rain shed at outer insulation structure brings long creepage distance; collector ring enables the termination free from the damage of leak current at bottom of termination, which especially suitable for heavy polluted
area.
